Each room showcases unique art, premium linens, and a soaking tub with private terrace. K I T C H E N & D I N I N G The fully stocked kitchen and dining area features custom countertops and is the perfect space for cooking and gathering. B A T H R O O M S In addition to three indoor walk-in showers with desert views, each bathroom features a soaking tub and modern desert inspired design. O U T D O O R S Designed for relaxation and privacy, letting guests fully embrace the desert. Take in panoramic views, spot local wildlife, and listen to coyotes in the distance. Here there is no light pollution, so the stargazing is optimal. The neighbors are sensitive to noise and lights after 10PM so please be mindful. It is strongly advised that you arrange for your own transportation while in the desert. Events & Filming: No parties, events, film shoots, photoshoots, or weddings are allowed without prior written approval, applicable fees, and permits. Pets: We love dogs! One dog per booking is allowed. Please add your dog to your reservation. No other types of animals are permitted. Pool & Spa: Maintenance is performed twice a week, taking about 10 minutes, and will be done in the outdoor area only. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Available for $50/hr with prior approval and subject to availability. the county ordinance has a strict policy on noise and lights after 10PM. So please be mindful. High chair & Pack & Play provided upon request The house is on a dirt road for the last 10 minutes of your drive. Any car can access this road, but please drive slowly to avoid rocks and bumps.
