L I V I N G R O O M The living room in each unit is bright and inviting, featuring a comfortable sofa, a record player for your favorite tunes, and double glass doors that open to sweeping desert views. It’s the perfect spot to relax, read, or write that final email before fully diving into your desert getaway. K I T C H E N & D I N I N G Each unit features a dine-in kitchen with a fully stocked kitchenette, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a full meal, the space is designed for convenience, comfort, and gathering with friends or family. B A T H R O O M S Each unit features one full bathroom with a brand-new shower stocked with essentials. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are included, making longer stays effortless and comfortable. O U T D O O R S The Joshua Tree Court is set on 2.5 private acres with a partial fence and front gate, offering 360° views of stunning desert sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy two pickleball courts for friendly matches, hot tubs, dipping pools, and soaking tubs for ultimate relaxation, and plenty of outdoor spaces to unwind, including hammocks, lounge areas, and private dining spots. It’s the perfect desert escape for play, relaxation, and making unforgettable memories. Guest access to the electric vehicle charging station. Please make yourself at home with access to the entire property and its 2.5 acres of private land, including parking and an EV charging station. Have questions about the property or the area? From iconic rock formations and scenic hiking trails to local art galleries, shops, and cafes, the area offers endless adventure and inspiration. It is strongly advised that you arrange for your own transportation while in the desert. Quiet hours: 8 PM - 8 AM NO loud music or parties. Guests are fully responsible for any county or city citation issued due to noise or other confirmed complaints during their stay. Events & Filming: No parties, events, film shoots, photoshoots, or weddings are allowed without prior written approval, applicable fees, and permits. Pets: We love dogs! One dog per booking is allowed. Please add your dog to your reservation. No other types of animals are permitted. Pool & Spa: Maintenance is performed twice a week, taking about 10 minutes, and will be done in the outdoor area only. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Available for $50/hr with prior approval and subject to availability. We’re always updating the property with new amenities and design upgrades.
