The surrounding landscape and privacy are the most impressive features of this property. ☆ No Traffic ☆ Plenty of parking ☆ Most destinations can be reached with a standard car. You do not need a four-wheel-drive (4WD) vehicle to get around in the high desert. However, please be prepared for the possibility of encountering bumpy roads, it's essential to drive at a slower pace and exercise caution. ✣ We are an off-grid property that uses 100% solar energy, a septic system. Although we have a great system, we ask that you use electricity responsibly – turn off HVAC and unnecessary lights when you go out. ✣ The space is completely private for your use on a 5-acre property. Other structures on the land are for storage only. ✣The Hot Tub may lose heat and use a lot of power if you don’t keep the cover on when it is not in use. Please make sure the hot tub cover is always on. ✣ Our pool and spa services are twice a week (usually Mondays and Thursdays, it takes about 10 minutes and will be performed in the outdoor area only. ✣ Dogs ♡ Your dog is welcome, and there is a one-time fee. Please add your dog to the reservation. Max of 2 dogs. ✣ Our Cabin is on a dirt road for the last 10 minutes of your drive.
