We’re local and happy to help make your desert stay an experience to remember. ☆ The Art of The Desert is only 10 minutes away from the Joshua Tree National Park main entrance and 5 minutes from Joshua Tree Town. ☆ Our neighborhood is very safe, without many houses around, and very close to all attractions. ☆ Although our property is very secluded, it is also very accessible and close to the main roads. ☆ There is not much light pollution, so the stars are incredible at night! ☆ Hundreds of acres of beautiful desert await you outside your door. You do not need a four-wheel-drive (4WD) vehicle to get around in the high desert. However, please be prepared for the possibility of encountering bumpy roads, it's essential to drive at a slower pace and exercise caution. Events & Filming: No parties, events, film shoots, photoshoots, or weddings are allowed without prior written approval, applicable fees, and permits. Pets: We love dogs! One dog per booking is allowed. Please add your dog to your reservation. No other types of animals are permitted. Pool & Spa: Maintenance is performed twice a week, taking about 10 minutes, and will be done in the outdoor area only. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Available for $50/hr with prior approval and subject to availability. Stargazing Dome: The dome is not designed for professional stargazing. You can see the stars from inside, but the clearest view is outdoors. The property has a large water tank, but please use water mindfully, keep showers short and use only what’s necessary. We’re always updating the property with new amenities and design upgrades. Some photos may not yet show our latest improvements.
