This home is located in the vastly open part of the Joshua Tree Desert and accessible by paved road. Please be aware that the property is not fully fenced and we do have neighbors to the east, west, and on the parcels to the north. ☆ Hundreds of acres of beautiful desert await you outside your door. The surrounding landscape and privacy is the most impressive feature of this property. Yet groceries, restaurants, and shopping are minutes away. ☆ No Traffic ☆ Plenty of parking Most destinations can be reached with a standard car. You do not need a four-wheel-drive (4WD) vehicle to get around in the high desert. However, please be prepared for the possibility of encountering bumpy roads, it's essential to drive at a slower pace and exercise caution. Events & Filming: No parties, events, film shoots, photoshoots, or weddings are allowed without prior written approval, applicable fees, and permits. Pets: We love them—but this is an allergen-free home, so no pets are allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee. Pool & Spa: Maintenance is performed twice a week, taking about 10 minutes, and will be done in the outdoor area only. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Available for $50/hr with prior approval and subject to availability. We’re always updating the property with new amenities and design upgrades.
